Primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position:
Drive and implement strategic customer facing capabilities
Leading the Insight and Analytics Business Partner team as strategic partners to the brand teams and In field team
Leading the Insight and Analytics Analyst and Incentive process manager
Drive industry-leading technology, data, and analytics capabilities
Part of the Customer Excellence leadership team to drive the company transformation
Drive Independent analysis of secondary market data, conduction of patient models and reports for internal costumers (marketing, brand team, controlling, etc.)
Pro-active in house consulting to the brand team and present key recommendations on strategic projects and/or decisions
Drive targeting and segmentation projects, profiling, sizing analyzes, ensure IFT execution and key recommendation, incentive plan and bonus calculation
Investment maximization and resource allocation
Co create the Winning for data transformation with Global and Area
Optimize in Field team calls and Multi Channel Management Engagement
Ensure best in class execution and new launches
Development of the team as business partner and build the capabilities
Drive project with Area and Global
Strong leadership within Customer Excellence and within the organization to drive the company transformation
Provide the right insight to the business to take the right decision
Completed university or technical college studies in the field of economics, finance or pharmaceutical
At least 10 years of experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales or Market Access and Business Analytics
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical market environment with several years of management responsibility, for example as Regional Sales Manager
Strong leadership skills and people management
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaboration across department
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Strong presentation skills
Very good oral and written English skills
Good knowledge about the German pharmaceutical market
Local Brand team: head of business unit/brand team lead, brand team members, marketing, etc.
Local Customer Excellence team, learning team, pharmacovigilance, patient relations, finance, etc.
Global Business intelligence Team and Area
Market Access; Medical; Governmental affairs;
Finance / Controlling
Various vendors of Market research services and different public and private institutes providing relevant market data.
Among the vendors there is a particular and intense collaboration with different departments of IQVIA
