  • Coordinate the PsA X-Functional Team (restricted number of members at the beginning) around a brand vision and objectives that are shared by all members.

  • Together with other affiliate’s functions involved (Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Market Access, Patient Engagement, Commercial), define local brand strategy, strategic priorities and action plans to achieve best launch ever in Austria.

  • Be the contact person with main Global and Area teams working on Upadacitinib in PsA, notably GMCO, Global Commercial Development and WE&C.

  • Partner effectively with the medical PsA lead in order to gain deep knowledge and understanding of all data and product profiles in PsA.

  • Create relationships with key external stakeholders in PsA to deepen understanding of the environment and help building successful launch strategies and tactics.

  • Provide/develop Customer Insights based on multiple source input collection (customer interview, market research, publications etc)

  • Develop Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans, defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning process and Brand team direction

  • Implement tactical plans, communicate clearly and propose responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team (eg. product messaging by Physician segment)

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment

  • Planning, coordination and control of event management (workshops, symposia, national congresses)

  • Participation in customer events, congresses and marketing-related internal events.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/ pharmaceutical industry on multiple brands and within multiple team constellations

  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, ability to analyze data to develop insights

  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions

  • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams

  • Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge

  • Solid knowledge on finance principles and processes

  • Deep understanding of the Healthcare environment and the therapeutic area

  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing

  • Work in a Matrix Team, open exchange of ideas and teamwork

  • Innovation attitude/lateral thinking/thinking outside the box

We offer you a challenging, exciting position with an attractive benefit package. This position is endowed with a gross monthly income of EUR 4,000.-, depending on qualification and experience. Possibility of overpay.
