We are seeking a talented individual with a collaborative approach who will enjoy being part of a dynamic team.

The incumbent will be required to reside in Vancouver and cover the Vancouver/Victoria area.

Through the implementation of the marketing plan and customized customer focus, the Representative will be responsible for all aspects of promoting Humira to relevant Health Care Professionals (Nurses and Physicians and pharmacists).

Coached by the District Sales Manager, the Representative is assigned to manage a specific territory; to ensure customer – patient satisfaction, achieve sales quota and market share objectives.

The incumbent will be required to be effective in a variety of presentation settings, consistently delivering marketing messages in a clear and concise manner while answering all queries and managing competitive objections.

With a strategic innovative approach and in collaboration with other Humira colleagues, the Representative executes the Cycle Plan, achieving objectives for in servicing, continuing Health Education Programs, community activities, etc.

The incumbent is expected to maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, Nurses, Physicians, gatekeepers and staff in hospitals and community organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Science.

  • Minimum of 2 successful years in Specialty Pharma Sales.

  • Strong patient focus.

  • Strong communication and presenting skills. English must be advanced; oral and written.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and political savvy.

  • Successful sales track record.

  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.

  • Analytical skills (Data analysis, benchmarking and results analysis capacities).

  • Ability to manage projects.

  • Willingness and openness to learn and self-educate. Curious mind.

  • Strong sense of adaptability.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong entrepreneurial, business and strategic skills.

  • Innovative approach problem solving and business development.

  • Collaborative team player, who adapts easily to change.

  • Able to work independently while being an active member of a high performing team.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, internet, etc. Ease with technology and new systems.

  • Resilient personality who strives in a cross functional /matrix environment.

  • Overnight travel on territory is required, about 15% of time. Must be available for evening programs (once or twice a week). Must be available to travel for training or meetings in Montreal head office and possibly on rare occasions attend meetings outside Canada.

  • Valid driver’s license and passport are required.

Future availability to relocate for career growth opportunities is an asset.
