Permanent opportunity within the Oncology/Gynecology Specialist Sales Team based in the Toronto East region. Coverage of this territory necessitates some overnight travel and evening and weekend work.
This position reports to a District Manager (DM), Uro-Oncology/ Gynecology, Ontario & Western Canada
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Calling on Urologists and Radiation Oncologists who treat Prostate Cancer, and Gynecologists who treat endometriosis and uterine fibroids in a major teaching center as well as community hospitals and clinics as defined by the territory;
Implementation of the marketing plan/ tactics to our target audience;
Developing and executing business plans as well as Key Account development strategies for physicians, nurses, Urology, Radiation Oncology and Gynecology departments and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs);
Creating partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders;
Developing new opportunities, speakers, managing business plan.
Bachelor in sciences or related fields;
Prior experience with the therapeutic areas and with specialists is a definite asset;
Successful track record as a sales representative; specialty experience in the actual region is preferred;
Exceptional initiative and leadership;
Analytical and decision making skills;
Strong communication/interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to organize Group Sell and CHE activities;
Strong customer focus;
Ability to work independently and to be an active member of a high performing team;
Innovative and Entrepreneurial spirit;
Strong computer skills.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record (driver’s abstract will be required).
Valid passport is required.
