Lead the new assets strategies to prepare the organization for product launches.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive and integrated Commercial Access Strategy orchestrating the Commercial-Regulatory-Medical-Government-PublicAffairs & Access areas to guarantee an Accelerate Access Plan for the new asset, indications, enhancement of Abbvie’s Immunology Portfolio Powerhouse in the Private & Institutional Markets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Create and lead the Immunology New Assets Brand Team in accordance to Abbvie’s Future Fit strategic model based on the cross functional and collaborative mindset with a high end governance execution.
Lead and ensure the successful execution of the strategic map, tasks and timelines of every new assets within the cross functional team’s responsible for the Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial, Medical & Access ecosystem, indications and enhancements of Abbvie’s Immunology Portfolio.
Lead & drive a Comprehensive and Integrated Commercial Access Plan with the main objective to guarantee a timely an optimal launch in private market and inclusion in the Government basic formularies of the main Institutions such as IMSS, ISSSTE, State Dependencies & Seguro Popular shortening the current timeline & barriers for it.
Synergize strategies and tactics, as appropriate, with Area and Global teams utilizing available communication/alignment/strategic models such as Commercial Access Model and the 175 Brand planning process
Monitor and analyze macro-economic trends, political landscape, competitor companies, products and business models, payer markets (public vs. private), and public/patient perception of every MoA across the biologics market
Integrate strategies with commercial brand team(s) to ensure Abbvie’s Immunology Portfolio Maximization across the different MoA in the autoimmune diseases where we are approved
Conduct an annual strategic planning process with the New Assets Brand Team incorporating NNLRP and the 175 Brand Plan Process with a focus on Commercial Access Model Methodology.
Lead the Launch Excellence and Readiness processes for the new assets, indications or enhancements of Abbvie’s Immunology Portfolio.
Ability to lead without authority across multiple functions within the company
Graduate degree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, and/or Science.
Post Graduate Degree MBA or Business Management, Medical Doctor with strong commercial experience highly preferred.
Fluent in English
Senior Manager with 5-10 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology markets. Preferred experience in immunology , Oncology, Neuroscience products
Al least have experience in two of the following areas: Marketing, Sales, Access or Medical.
