Main functions

Responsible for supporting the digital transformation in the Affiliate, which implies brands and functional areas; develop and ensure adequate application of the multi-channel digital strategy and in a sustainable way, drive innovation and the excellence into the areas of operational.

Work in close collaboration with Brand Teams to bring an educated, externally-focused perspective on the trends and advancements in IT relevant to business priorities,which will help shape brand and functional strategies , and actively impact key initiatives (e.g. Patient journey, In Field Teams culture) to assure goals execution according strategic definitions


· Responsible for the elaboration of the digital marketing strategy and multichannel communications, as well as planning and implementation of digital technology evolution in the organization;

· Collaboration with the regional and global areas for sharing best practices and ensuring the visibility of the needs of the affiliate;

· Identify cross-brand synergies from planning defined by Area teams for the brands, as well as ensuring the strategic alignment of the tactical planning to product strategy;

· Ensure the implementation of the corporate digital strategy in the brands, acting in the evolution and adequacy when necessary;

· Establish partnerships with external organizations that contribute to leverage of the company's digital channels;

· Advice for the definition of the budget for digital projects, as well as plan their execution to ensure accuracy of planned;

· Keeping up-to-date on the company's products; your goals, strategy and competitive environment, aiming to guarantee actions online integrated and focused on results relevant to the business;

· To seek constant update on the opportunities and solutions of the digital and multichannel marketing for brands;

· Know and apply the established processes, together with the local areas (Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory), ensuring that activities are aligned with the company's policies and objectives of the products;

· Represent digital's capability with the Brand Team Leaders, recommending digital strategies that will contribute to resolve the necessities of brands.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Computer Science / Information Systems Degree

Fluent English (written and oral)

Previous experience

5 years of experience in multi-channel management, digital marketing
