Primary Objective:

Represent the affiliate’s medical/scientific voice of expertise for assigned products portfolio in Oncology and HCV therapeutic area.

Deliver medical / scientific expert advice to external and internal customers, including scientific exchange and professional relationship development with key external experts. Provide medical / scientific input into Medical Affairs strategies for the affiliate medical department and for the Brand teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge forOncology and HCV therapeutic area, including responding to requests forscientific/technical information.

  • Build and maintain professional andcredible relationships with external experts and academic centers.

  • Deliver scientific presentations andmedical education programs to healthcare professionals individually or ingroups (meetings, clinical sessions, etc.).

  • Screen relevant literature and otherinformation from relevant scientific societies meetings and conferences anddevelop summaries of key messages for use within the Company

  • Deliver training to internal customers;develop and update relevant training materials.

  • Support Clinical Research Activities(non-interventional studies).

  • Review and preparation of promotionalmaterial. Ensure the medical/scientific content is correct and fully compliantwith policies and procedures.

  • Act as an integral member of local Brandteams and affiliate medical organization.

  • Medical Degree or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or higher.

  • Experience in medical/clinical research of at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry (working in Oncology and HCV areas are considered as advantage)

  • Keen interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge for assigned therapeutic area/product and in medical research in general.

  • Medical writing expertise

  • Ability to develop impactful interactions with stakeholders, high customer focus. Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in local language, English and Russian

  • Sound judgment, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to get things done. Demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
