PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:

Major responsibilities include the demand and supply of Affiliate logistics so as to ensure ongoing Abbvie products availability to the market, and Affiliate project coordinator.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supply Chain:

  • Maintain master data management. Periodically update master data information and costing setting in ERP system, including new material setup and discontinuation process. Coordinate with other department to conduct the subcontracting of finished goods.

  • Monitor Shipping, Custom Clearance, broker and carrier management, and receiving shipments from suppliers as scheduling manufacturing or fulfill sales orders.

  • Work close with 3rd party logistic vendor. Monitor key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans, and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Stock management and inventory control, maintain adequate in inventory, minimize slow moving and goods write-off. Co-work with 3PL to perform stock take on regular basis.

  • Identify product supply issues, seek alternatives, communicate issues to planning center and local management. Material Management for manufacturing and shipment of the final products. Identify and order the proper quantity and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill customer orders.

  • Act as primary liaison between planning center and affiliate. Collaborate with all stakeholder functions, include Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, HQ and Regional office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in MNC, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong teamwork skills required to work effectively in a team environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external supply chain partners.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills are required, especially in English, to facilitate information flow across the supply chain.

  • Strong analytical skills are required for KPI, and inventory analysis.

  • Excellent organization and follow up skills are critical to ensure timely communication across the supply chain
