An outstanding opportunity currently exists for a successful person will lead a team delivering excellence in patient support through a globally established program.
In this role, you have the opportunity to develop initiatives which improve patients’ outcomes by driving innovative engagement strategies, integrate multichannel approaches to support patients throughout all stages of their treatment journey, and deliver success to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead and drive annual strategic plans, ensure delivery of their successful local implementation, all with support from a team from around the globe.
Lead and drive the overall patient care program strategy whilst providing strong leadership for the brand teams to achieve the goals of the business.
Deliver sustainable patient outcomesand ensure high engagement for patients and HCP
Develop strong networks to create a collaborative relationship with sales management, sales representatives and product managers to ensure an effectively integrated and productive team.
Create a culture of success within your immediate team, with a focus on individual development and celebrating team milestones.
Lead the overall advisory council.
Ensure appropriate preparation of the strategic plans for the patient support programs.
Drive the development of enrolment growth strategies, stakeholder value propositions, educational materials and ensure their execution.
Prepare annual and longer term brand plans.
Develop annual patient enrolment forecasts and in-depth analytics of all aspects of the program.
Provide monthly reports to local and global management teams.
Take part in global pilot initiatives and develop global networks to drive success from similar markets.
Achieve effective management of expense budgets as per annual goals across multiple vendors.
Work with the Abbvie governance team to align with all compliance, legal and PV requirements for patient support programs
Breadth of industry experience in patient support, patient communications and/or marketing positions.
Proven track record of delivering and achieving results.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, preferable with a well-established brand.
Proven ability to work cross functionally and develop strong networks.
