Summary of Job Description:

The successful candidate will enrich the patient experience by working closely with the In-Field Teams to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization. You will act as the Brand Team channel expert to guide campaign development and insight gathering across all stakeholder groups.

You will create interactive and customized materials while supporting insights gathering through research and stakeholder visits placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support analytics thatstrengthen Brand Team insights, synthesize cross-stakeholder insights in order to form a marketing perspective on Brand issues, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.

  • Optimise channel mix for Marketing and cross-functional campaigns. Advise others on the optimal use of channels in order to ensure Brand Story is consistently used / referenced and brought to life by Brand and In-Field Teams.

  • Lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives to include innovative tactics to deliver holistic solutions, multi-channel opportunities to strengthen campaigns, multi-stakeholder initiatives and interactive and customized content for CLM.

  • Play an active role with the In-Field Team and manage the CLM process in order to support IFT in the tactical execution.

  • Manage & drive cross functional campaign group forums & innovation forums

  • Participate and contribute to strategic brand plan.Maintain an up-to date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and internal andexternal stakeholders

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries and functions, including sales experience in the industry in any industry.

  • Understands the market, range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area, the healthcare environment and evolving landscape

  • Relevant marketing qualifications

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures

  • Ability to apply strong patient empathy and understandings of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials aligned to HCP segments

  • Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives in line with key milestones & agreed deliverables
