Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and communicate a compelling patient support program (PSP) value proposition forhealth care professionals
Work across internal and external stakeholders to drive PSP engagement and success
Contribute to the achievements of a dynamic and high achieving matrix team
Increase health care professional engagement by developing compelling and tailored materials across integrated stakeholder programs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive program understanding, engagement and execution.
PSP brand team membership, and contribute to the development and delivery of the PSP brand plan
Materials development, approval and management
Contribution to regular team work in progress meetings
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget at a high standard.
Experience in working in building customer loyalty programs not necessary but desirable.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, industry codes, AbbVie guidelines, policies and integrity standards. Completion of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct will be required if this has not yet been completed.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
Tertiary qualifications in either Science or Marketing
Ability to provide clear status updates on projects and handover projects to ensure projects are able to progress where possible
Proven ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including metrics reporting and analysis.
Proven ability to deliver compelling and compliant marketing and educational materials
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
