We are seeking a talented individual with a collaborative approach who will enjoy being part of a dynamic team.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and successfully implementing the Marketing plan for inflammatory arthritis;

  • Developing, implementing and measuring tactics aligned to strategies identified in the Marketing plan;

  • Managing and appropriately spending HUMIRA – Rheumatology;

  • Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets;

  • Take lead role in monthly and annual financial processes, working in close collaboration with forecasting team to deliver accurate and timely output;

  • Communicating strategic goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force and external agencies;

  • Analyzing market issues and opportunities and communicate findings to brand team and to senior management;

  • Plan and coordinate SMC and Sales Cycle meetings;

  • Collaborate with other rheumatology Brand Managers to optimize total inflammatory disease portfolio performance;

Ability to…

  • Drive Vision and Strategy;

  • Contribute to the brand team as an effective and genuine team player;

  • Comfortable in a matrix structure. Strong collaborator;

  • Prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the Brand;

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the different stakeholders. Adapt key messages to audience. Strong communications skills required (written and verbal);

  • Negotiate for resources;

  • Drive and Manage Projects.

Educational/Background requirements of this role are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Science and/or Commerce/Business Administration preferred;

  • Five years marketing experience;

  • Pharma sales experience;

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in both French and English;

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Experience in the therapeutic area would be an asset;

  • Must be able to travel about 30% of the time. Valid passport required.
