This position is a contract for 12 months. After 3 months of service it includes coverage of basic medical and dental. The annual salary is in the range of
$ 34 000 to $ 37 000.
The Associate in Office services manages simultaneously numerous administrative tasks and responsibilities inherent and in support of the Office Services Department.
Manage the archive system for records retention (creation, destruction and reporting) and supports all departmental requests for archiving. Assist with delivery & pick-up of archive boxes.
Promote good record management practices.
Oversee the recycling program and confidential document destruction for Head Office, 8555 Trans Canada Hwy. and Marc Blain locations.
Assist the team with current projects and with employees or Department requests regarding shipping and receiving, mail and courier, audiovisual, printing, and stationary or any other requests.
Research and implement process improvements within Office Services.
This position reports to the Manager, Engineering and Office Services.

Cegep level degree in administration or equivalent.
1 to 3 years working in a similar or equivalent position.
English and French must be at advanced level, oral and written
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, Internet and
new technologies related to the role and the work environment.
Comfortable and efficient working in a matrix structure environment.
Project management and coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects,
Detail-oriented, well organized, fast learner, good sense of priorities, autonomous, adaptable and resilient.
Adaptability/flexibility to help with urgent situations and priorities. Must be resilient.
Team player; collaborative approach.
Diplomatic and mature when dealing with many different internal and external stakeholders.
Must be comfortable and efficient working in a matrix structure environment.
Able to lift merchandise up to 30 pounds several times per day.
