  • Prepare pre-launch readiness including advocacy development, positioning/strategy development, market assessment

  • Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.

  • Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.

  • Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.

  • Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.

  • Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.

  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

  • Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

  • Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.

  • Education / Qualifications / Experience:

  • University degree (relevant academic background is preferred but not must)

  • 1 to 8 years of professional Sales and Marketing experience in pharmaceutical company.

  • Experience with pre-launch marketing, disease awareness campaign in relevant TA are preferred

  • Comfortable working in cross functional environment

  • Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • Strong communication, presentation abilities

  • Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders

  • Strong business awareness and analytical skills; strategic thinking

  • Proficient in MS (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
