Core Job Responsibilities
Prepare pre-launch readiness including advocacy development, positioning/strategy development, market assessment
Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure strong execution
Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development
Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals
Education / Qualifications / Experience:
2 to 10years of professional Salesand Marketingexperience in pharmaceuticalcompany.
Experience with Hepatology / Gastroenterology, Specialty pre-launch marketing, disease awareness campaigns is preferred
Comfortable working in cross-functional environment and ability to achieve results
Strong communications and presentation abilities
Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
Strong business awareness and analytical skills; strategic thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
