Specific Focus on Regional Affiliates where he/she should represent Venetoclax in all indications

Business Impact

• Act as member of Area Venetoclax Brand Team. In the Brand Team she /he will lead the CLL or Non CLL agenda, as well as provide support to the Hematology Commercial Director to ensure cross functional alignment and readiness for all Venetoclax CLL or AML/MM launches

• Act as key point of contact for Venetoclax CLL or AML/MM Global Brand Team for co-creation and co-execution of functional plans and tactics

• Drive CLL or AML/MM knowledge and CLL or AML/MM communication across affiliates

• Drive development of CLL or AML/MM Venetoclax Brand teams at affiliate level and readiness for launch

• Facilitate Venetoclax CLL or AML/MM best practice sharing among Affiliates and ensure Affiliate alignment around key Area priorities

• Maximize performance by challenging Brand teams to exploit opportunities, as well as helping them to overcome local issues

• Enhance Affiliate capabilities by coaching Brand Team leaders at affiliate level

• In coordination with other Venetoclax CLL or Non CLL Leads/Commercial Director, represent Venetoclax for all indications in Region North (RN) or Region South (RS) (i.e LRR, Finance Planning)

Key Responsibilities

• Primary source of Venetoclax CLL or AML/MM knowledge for the Hematology Commercial Director on Global projects and Affiliates operations and performance

• Influence Global tactics to ensure applicability to Area; act as the "eyes and ears" for the CLL or AML/MM Indications at the Global Team representing affiliates interests

• Develop clear understanding of Affiliate needs and provide support to Affiliate Brand teams

• Drive operational effectiveness and excellence across Western Europe & Canada (WE&C) Affiliates, with particular focus on RN or RS

• Co-ordinate best practice sharing between Affiliates and develop tools to facilitate this

• Represent the Venetoclax Brand across indication in plan reviews, LRRs and Operations planning for RN or RS affiliates

• Co-create business tactics to ensure short-term performance

• Align priorities of Global/Area with the direction and priorities of affiliates with specific focus on RN or RS

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and encourage open exchange of ideas and knowledge to leverage cross-functional learning and insight

• Anticipate problems and develop contingency plans with his/her manager and act quickly to resolve issues

• Help affiliates to establish aggressive goals and clear expectations, provide timely, accurate feedback (both positive and negative), and take appropriate follow-up action

• Manage and plan activities to make effective use of time and resources while maintaining quality

• Communicate effectively both in written and verbal format to engage and inspire

• Set priorities effectively and able to work to tight deadlines

Required Knowledge

• Degree in Life Sciences

• MBA qualification is desirable or equivalent senior level of work experience

• Commercial qualifications are required

• Fully proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical environment

• Knowledge of Hematology external stakeholder environment and Market Access issues

• Knowledge of the Hematology field and market dynamics

• Understanding of Oncology processes and procedures

• Understanding of the impact of global events on Hematology plans, strategies, strengths and weaknesses

Required Experience

• Relevant experience of Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry

• Relevant Sales and Marketing experience at affiliate level

• Relevant experience of leading, developing and successfully motivating Sales and Marketing teams strongly recommended

• Experience in cross-functional working environment

• 3 years’ experience in the Hematology field is mandatory with an expertise in CLL, AML or MM
