OPENDOOR is a platform and a team that provides U.S. Commercial, GMA, and GPRD field teams a compliant and competitive access advantage to our HCPs through best-in-class credentialing, value analysis and restricted state compliance . The primary function of the OPENDOOR Access Specialist role is to maintain aspects of the platform and provide direct support to field personnel for their credentialing and access needs.
Roles and responsibilities:
Review all requests that are submitted through OPENDOOR and prioritize and triage to ensure representatives are able to gain access to all healthcare institutions.
Routinely check credentialing vendor websites for policy changes.
Upload all vendor policies to SharePoint website and route to manager, OEC, and legal for review.
Approve requests with proper documentation and retention.
Educate sales representatives through WebEx meetings-showing them how to navigate all vendors websites.
Work with IT to resolve ongoing database issues.
Work with multiple departments e.g., Talent Acquisition, Legal, finance, and medical to get proper documents for representative access.
Provide training on District Levels.
Facilitate medical testing and vaccinations provided to representatives throughout the year
College degree preferred
Must have strong written and verbal communicationskills
Ability to interact directly withfield personnel and provide a high level of customer service
2+ years of experience inpharmaceutical or related industry
Must have experience in trainingothers
Strong technical skills in WebEx, databases,and SharePoint
Significant Work Activities and Conditions: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 15 % of the Time
