Senior Finance Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the financial planning and analysis with respect to Actual, Plan, Update, LBE, LRP and various analyses to support the day-to-day operations and strategic plans for BTS Finance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and develop drafts of annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, including P&L and headcount and incorporates review changes of both financial and operating management.
Works directly with Accounting Shared Service contact on monthly close processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results.
Prepare monthly actuals variance analysis and commentary for P&L and headcount. Understands monthly results and communicates risks and opportunities vs. benchmark to manager and budget owners.
Prepare key management reports (including monthly actuals) emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts and trends.
Meet all financial reporting requirements for the Business Group, BTS HQ and Corporate. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and business policies and procedures.
Support the capital process, including RCE preparation and review in accordance with financial policies.
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management or by a functional area.
Interact with all levels of management including BTS VPs, Directors, and Managers, BTS FP&A, Outsourcing COE and Accounting COE.
Serve as collaborative business partner to the supported areas and help to identify and drive process development and improvements within the organization.Participate on project teams as required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years FP&A or Financial reporting related experience.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
Proficient Excel skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
SAP General Ledger and SRM experience a plus
