The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that the field representatives have the appropriate resources, support, and information to deliver on brand messages to HCP’s. In addition, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Managed Health Care and Complete patient services teams to help ensure that field representatives have the appropriate HCP facing resources and messages regarding access and patient support. An ability to work cross functionally, influence without authority, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail is critical to the role’s success.
Build strong internal relationships amongstcross-functional groups and partners (Sales, Complete, Managed Health Care,Legal, Promo, Regulatory and Medical) to identify and ensure execution of tacticsconsistent with the brands strategic imperatives.
Collaborate with external agency and the training team,where appropriate, to support and coordinate business meetings distinct to theteam, including agenda, content, messaging, and logistic support.
Ensure that the sales force has the resources and ongoinginformation necessary to support the brand strategy through ongoing andregular communications with sales team.
Collaborate with the peer-to-peer team to help manage speakerdecks, speaker programs, annual plan, speaker bureau, and speakertraining. Serve as liaison.
Manage projects and initiatives within identified time and budgetparameters.
Demonstrated expertise and understanding ofthe prescription landscape for specialty drugs and experience working with HCPfacing websites / portals.
5+ years of sales, salesmanagement, or marketing experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% ofthe time.
Excellent communication (oral,written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Strong project managementskills, attention to detail, analytical capability, execution, andfollow-through
Ability to work independentlyand work with partners in a highly matrixed organization.
Proven ability to identify,address, and influence customer needs working with all levels of thehealthcare system.
Proven ability to distillcomplex information into concise and impactful messages/presentations. Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel,PPT)
- Demonstratedexpertise and understanding of the prescription landscape for specialty drugsand experience working with HCP facing websites / portals.
