Field Force Deployment Franchise Manager, U.S. Specialty

The Field Force Deployment Franchise Manager (FFD FM) has three primary responsibilities:
Territory Alignment Maintenance
Call Plan Operations, including managing the Targeting and Planning (TAP) Tool process
Annual ABS Approval Process
In tandem with those responsibilities, the FFD FM is expected to:
Develop a deep understanding of department level processes, business rules, data sets, policies and interdependencies across Sales Ops departments.
Become proficient with Javelin mapping tool, the Call Plan Roll Forward Engine, PPT, Excel and other tools.
Sustain productive work environment thru open communication and collaboration.
Demonstrate critical thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Develop ability to anticipate customer and business needs and address questions or issues.
Assist in the development and delivery of appropriate training sessions related to ABS Approvals, Alignment Maintenance and TAP Tool Implementation.
Skills / Qualities Needed:
Ability to work independently.
Experience working with management personnel to solve problems and identify/sell/implement solutions.
Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, drive for results, and communication.
Knowledge of a variety of PC programs (including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint) that can solve various problems.
Demonstrated database and project management skills.
Estimated 10% Travel
Example: Occasional National/Regional Sales Meetings as necessary
BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP).
3+ years analytical and/or commercial operations experience required preferably in the healthcare industry.
Significant Work Activities and Conditions: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
