Reporting to the SKYRIZI General Manager, this position develops the global SKYRIZI PsA brand strategy development and execution at Global, Area, and Country-Affiliate level. Collaborates and engages with a cross functional team, which includes (but not limited to): market access, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, legal, supply operations, health economics, clinical development, R&D, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and sales training. This position will preferably be located in Chicago.

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive thecreation & developmentof global brand plans for pharmaceutical products through theoptimal integration and alignment of corporate functions.

  • Responsible for creating global business case in order to achieveglobal market launch decision and global marketing strategy for product launch.

  • Development andcommunication of brand strategy execution, including tactical guidance as wellas maintaining involvement with key markets and geographical areas.

  • Develop strategic product management, marketing concepts/tools andmarket communication.

  • Support affiliates in the context of launchexcellence through innovative and impactful strategies & tactics.

  • Design market research strategy and oversee its executionutilizing results of execution to refine marketing strategy andchoice/execution of promotion tactics.

  • Responsible for interpreting complex and/or incomplete informationfrom multiple sources to develop original solutions to problems and directingothers to accomplish and implement solutions to these problems.

  • Collaborate cross functionally and on different organizationallevels (HQ, Areas, and Affiliates) in order to ensure a successful brandmanagement according to Future Fit principles (multi stake holder strategiesdeveloped and executed cross functionally).

  • Managing budgets and maximizing resources

  • Monitor progress against milestones, reviewing status, and suggestrevisions to or revising plan, priorities, and courses of action to assureobjectives are met.

  • Project management & working with vendorsand other agencies

Basic Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of pharmaceuticalmarketing, immunology experience a plus

  • Competency of the current medical andregulatory approval process

  • Strategic thinker

  • Proven track record of effectively working incross-functional teams and matrix environments with the a bility to influence in a multi-functional environment

  • Strong written, verbal communicationand presentation skills: fluent in English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able and willing totravel internationally as needed

Preferred Experience (in addition to Basic):

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Global and Affiliate/Country experience

  • Sales, Market Access, or other relevantexperience that complements Marketing role
