This Associate Director position supports the development and execution of the US Patient Services marketing plan for Immunology and Specialty brands. Strong leadership and ability to work across a complicated matrix is required, working with cross functional partners within the Patient Services organization including Patient Outreach, TeleExperience, Commercial Strategy, Immunology and Specialty product teams, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Finance and MABI.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and deliverthe CRM marketing strategy and execution for the US Patient ServicesPatient Engagement plan toenhance the Immunology and Specialty products patient experience. Drivepatient engagement, enrollment and resource utilization throughout thePatient journey.

  • Leaddevelopment of digital channels (email and web sites), Social Media,SEM/SEO and direct patient communications with strong oversightof agency relationships including creative, data, digital and socialaccount teams (brand, project management, creative strategy, copy).Deliver marketing briefs, understand timelines to accomplish tasks andanticipate any potential barriers that would impact project timelines.

  • Partner withBusiness Insights team to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategiesthrough campaign measurement plans, key performance indicator developmentand formulate recommendations for optimization.

  • Maintain astrong understanding of the patient and development of the patientjourney, deriving insights from the data that will help to inform strategyand tactical implications.

  • Manage ateam of marketing managers and invest in their development.

  • Keycontributor to the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring itworks seamlessly across the organization and captures all requiredinformation at key points in the customer life cycle.

  • Developtesting strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effectiveapproach for each individual brand.

  • Advanced Degree or previous marketing experience required.

  • 8+ years of brand Marketing experience preferred.

  • Understand the fundamentals of brand positioning, campaign management, and marketing budget management.

  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution and follow through.

  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of marketing managers.

  • Ability to manage and lead a variety of external partnerships and vendors.

  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.

  • Strong background in customer engagement and retention strategies.
