Objective:

  • Represent the affiliate’s medical/scientificvoice of expertise for assigned product(s) and relevant therapeutic areas.Provide medical / scientific expert advice /guidance to key customers for assigned products and relevant therapeutic areas,including scientific exchange and professional relationship development withkey thought leaders / external experts.

  • Provide medical / scientific input intoMedical Affairs strategies for the affiliate medical department and commercialplans, as required, and medical / scientific support for medical departmentactivities under the overall direction of the Affiliate Medical Director.

  • Provide medical affairs support tocross-functional affiliate teams, ensuring that the medical affairs role isfully integrated to support the strategy and execution of affiliate business,while being functionally independent

Qualifications, Knowledgeand Experience

  • A Medical or Pharmacy Degree, PhD or equivalentexperience.

  • Experience in medical affairs includingworking with marketing and ideally patient support programs.

  • Experience of code compliance includingmaterial production and review (Doesn’t have to be a final sig)

  • Familiar working in a matrix organisation.
