The Brand Manager will develop and execute commercially viable strategies for the neonatology / paediatric brand as the marketing lead of the brand team. This will include promotion, education, and advertising to drive performance of a seasonal immunization created to protect infants at highest risk of the impact of RSV.

Objective

  • To position our product for continued growth through development and delivery of the brand plan in collaboration with the matrix brand team

  • Ensure the brand meets/exceeds its Plan number through implementation of the brand plan

Key Responsibilities Includes:

  • As marketing lead of the integrated (cross-functional) brand team, create and execute Strategic and Tactical Marketing / Brand Plan(s) consistent with global brand strategies

  • Regularly deliver presentations on brand strategy and tactics to the leadership team

  • Leverage market insights to feed into brand planning process – effectively manage the marketing intelligence systems/process

  • Build a strong Multi-channel Management plan to maximise opportunities across our channel and stakeholder mix in order to strengthen and imbed promotional campaigns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both within the affiliate and global teams

  • Manage and Develop External Expert relationships across the UK

  • Manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget

  • To ensure alignment across the brand and sales teams on the key strategies and any segmentation, targeting, and positioning

  • Drive a high standard of compliance with all communications and initiatives

  • Science / Life Science Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

  • Additional marketing qualifications an advantage

  • Previous proven broad marketing experience including:o leading and delivering a multi-stakeholder brand plano specific experience working across digital channelso proven experience in delivering insights based marketing strategieso project management

  • ABPI qualified

  • Proven track record of success in Marketing

  • Relevant Brand Manager experience
