Core Job Responsibilities
Support the executive compensation function in day today activities such as program administration, data survey submission,market analyses, ad hoc reports, and monitor and verify survey data.
Support the annual administration process of executivecompensation programs including deferred compensation, annual incentiveprograms, and long term incentive plans.
Lead the administrative process of creating materials,including report drafting and analysis, for senior level management andBoard of Directors.
Maintain all historical executive compensation data inaccurate and usable form.
Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of allreporting and communications related to compensation programs.
Review and update executive status changes
3-5years’ experience in compensation, executivecompensation, consulting, or similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Able to multitask and work in an environment withmultiple deadlines.
Successful in environments that require working bothindependently and as part of a team, with initiative and accuracy.
Previous experience preferred: equity administration,executive compensation processes and analyses, and / or board meetingsupport.
Detail orientation in all elements of executivecompensation from analysis to executive communication and presentations.
Experience executing processes and ensuring compliancewith policy, legal and administrative requirements.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills toestablish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.
