As the Marketing Manager I/II, Humira Immunology Account Executive (IAE) Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IAE marketing plans and programs needed to support the IAE in-field team in implementing processes and protocols within Health Systems and large Group Practices that support the use of Immunology Brands and Patient Support Solutions. You will get to work in a team-based environment to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and implementation of tactics to maximize brand sales, market share, and profitability. Internally, fosters positive working relationships with the sales force, market access, market research, sales training, regulatory, HEOR, marketing analytics, and other cross franchise marketing teams. Externally, you will work with various agencies and consultants, and key health system influencers, to successfully drive the business.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that are innovative and executable to support Health System and Group Practice decision makers.
Requires the ability to provide in-depth insights based on product / market assessments, understand the changing healthcare landscape, and assimilate key stakeholder feedback in order to make strategic recommendations for optimal brand performance within key accounts.
Collaboration and partnership with internal cross functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategy alignment across Rheum, Derm, and Gastro.
Close partnership and alignment required with Rheum, Derm and Gastro to support new product launches and indication launches.
Work with Market Access and Trade to understand the changing Healthcare Landscape and proactively identify potential health system opportunities and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
Understand, identify and implement approved promotional materials with health economic messaging according to FDA regulations for Healthcare Economic Messaging (FDAMA 114).
Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility. Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the strategic fronts for Rheum, Derm, and Gastro, fully understanding the patient journey to deliver product solutions that align to Health System organizational goals.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate.
Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies and solutions and be prepared to apply market research, consulting, and other customer insights to inform decisions.
Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
Previous sales/marketing experience is required. 5+ years brand marketing/consumer promotions experience preferred.
Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including portfolio value story, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, account segmentation-based engagement, etc…
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution urgency, and follow-through.
Advanced degree or previous sales/marketing experience required
Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories
Launch experience, market access experience, and/or account executive experience preferred
