Investigate, identify, develop, and optimize new methods and techniques to generate reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner. Read and adapt scientific literature to accomplish assignments and demonstrate broad and versatile technical expertise within discipline.

Key Responsibilities Includes :

  • Independently design andconduct critical experiments that further project goals.

  • Implement and may innovate newexperimental protocols/techniques.

  • Understand the goal andmaintain a high proficiency in his/her projects as well as the overallprogram.

  • Interpret results and drawconclusions from own multistage experiments, note significant deviations,then suggest, design, and pursue relevant experiments.

  • Understand relevant scientificliterature and apply theoretical framework to solving problems withinscientific discipline in a timely manner.

  • Perform routine and complextasks competently and independently and generate liable and consistentresults.

  • Impact projects mostly throughlab and/or pilot plant based activities.

  • Responsible for compliance withall applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.

  • Understand and adhere tocorporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriatehandling of materials, controlled drug and radioactive compounds, GxPcompliance, and animal care where applicable.

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Education (or equivalent education) with

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions
