The HR Administrator is responsible for providing the support to the recruitment and onboarding process. The position is directly responsible for the day to day communications and logistical support for recruiters, hiring managers and applicants. Additionally job is to support the HRConnect team in a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering the recruitment system (Taleo)

  • Posting the job opportunities in the recruitment system and on the external job boards

  • Scheduling job interviews with recruiter and/or hiring managers. Coordinating the interviewing process, conference room booking. Update (Taleo) candidate statuses and upload interview schedules.

  • Managing the process documentation

  • Performing initial candidate screens when applicable

  • Provide high touch customer service to candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff, ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience. Answering candidates and hiring managers queries in a timely manner.

  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports on the process status.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process: coordinating the agenda, contact new hires and hiring managers, booking conference rooms.

  • New hires training planning & monitoring

  • Leads hiring events (onsite or offsite). Responsible for scheduling, coordinating travel, onsite check-in, time management, and arranging debrief session.

  • Calendars administration

  • Administrative support to the HRConnect team members and HR department

  • Involvement as required in the ad hoc projects

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of previous work experience in administration or a HR environment; 1+ years preferred through internships or HR work experience.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to interact extensively with personnel at all levels within the company

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, written and oral. Excellent customer service skills, including: phone etiquette, attention to detail & follow-up, communications skills.

  • Effectively handles multiple tasks and ability to prioritize workload.

  • Strong ethos

  • Very good English

  • Proficiency in databases and ability to use MS Office products
