AbbVie is looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist!
The International Talent Acquisition Specialist will operate from the AbbVie office in Hoofddorp, will report to the Western Europe Talent Acquisition Director located in Paris and will collaborate closely with all other HR team members from all countries in scope.
As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist in AbbVie you will manage end to end recruitment projects, develop talent pipelines and work with the leaders, hiring managers and the HR team to create an effective and quality oriented recruitment strategy to attract talent.
You will lead and develop the recruitment strategy for all job openings in the Netherlands and you will be supporting the most critical recruitment for the rest of the countries mentioned. You will be part of a global Talent Acquisition Team with whom you will exchange best practices and collaborate closely with for building, designing and implementing tools to help attract and select best candidates for AbbVie. For region north you are driving the implementation and application for various processes and tools.
You will develop ongoing professional relationships with leaders and managers across the various client groups. Besides that you help defining the communication strategy for external market and tailor the Employer Branding to the target audience.
You will be managing end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment ; you will need to prioritize workloads and manage multiple requests as well as relationships internally and externally.
You will be eligible for the role if you have a proven end to end recruitment experience , search experience within an agency environment and a proven track record of identifying candidates through social networks . In addition to a Bachelor degree, you are fluent in Dutch and English .
