Regional Issue Management

Get admission to Provincial Reimbursement Drug List through government communication, expert authentication, related material preparation and sales’ cooperation at responsible region

Follow the review and update of Provincial Reimbursement Drug List and Medical Insurance policy change once three months at responsible region

Lobby the government in new product price application to get optimal price

Negotiate with government to avoid or mitigate risks of price-cut

Policy and Database Management

Track the personnel change, structure change, policy change in the government entities and share the information timely

Collect, analyze and interpret market data, report on findings, recommendations and conclusions

Set up the database of relevant customers and policies

Non-Government Organization and Industry Associates Communication

Communicate and work with Non-Government Organization (NGO) and industry association to positively influence policy

Build and maintain the good relationship with professional associates and KOLs

Cooperation for bidding and AIC’s inspection

Collect information and prepare relevant material for bidding, then communicate with government and associations

Assist to heal with AIC’s inspection in the local office and make sure optimal outcome

Bachelor Degree or above

Industry experiences: Minimum 5 years Pharmaceutical industry working experience

Position experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in hospital or pharmaceutical government agency

Language Skills: Middle level proficiency in English both oral and written

Computer Skills: Working knowledge

Mobility: Frequent travel requried (50% is in travel)

Other Special requirement:

Pharmaceutical related policies and regulations knowledge

Good understanding of business and product knowledge

Good presentation and analysis skill

Should be an effective team player who can engender credibility and confidence within the team and with customers; a polished professional presence is essential

Excellent channel and network management

A strong understanding and solving of market access issues in the Pharmaceutical Industry
