The role is based in Algiers, Algeria and reports to the HR Director NWA & Levant-Egypt.
Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring theeffective “delivery” of all HR programs and services in the North & WestAfrica region. Responsible for HR results in the business, includingclient satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
Responsible for compliance withapplicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
Prioritize critical projects basedon business needs and available resources.
Facilitate and implementchange. Ensure that day-to-day activities are moving forward.
Must be able to understand andutilize historical and broad organizational data when weighing business HRdecisions and actions.
Have credibility with SeniorManagement to maximize successful outcomes.
Must be able to think creativelyacross a wide breadth of business segment(s) as well as deep into therespective organizations.
Responsible for the diagnosis,development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influenceand drive the needs of the respective business.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’sdegree preferred, or equivalent.
Project management or businessexperience
Significant breadth of understandingof functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business. Atleast 5 years of generalist HR experience is required.
SPHR Certification preferred.
Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
